1.2. Hanumavega reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to items that are prohibited, restricted, or improperly packaged.
2. Service Scope and Limitations
2.1. Our services include but are not limited to: International Couriers, Excess Baggage Couriers, Medicine Couriers, Sweets & Pickles Couriers, Gift Packs and Return Gifts Couriers, Electronic Items Couriers, and Document Couriers.

3. Prohibited and Restricted Items
3.1. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, hazardous materials, explosives, weapons, illegal substances, live animals, cash, and items restricted by law in the origin or destination country.
3.2. Restricted items, such as perishable goods, electronic items, and medicines, require special handling, packaging, and documentation. It is the sender’s responsibility to provide accurate information and comply with all shipping regulations.
4. Packaging and Labeling
4.1. All packages must be securely packed, sealed, and labeled according to the nature of the contents. Hanumavega is not responsible for damages resulting from improper packaging.
4.2. Hanumavega reserves the right to inspect any shipment to ensure compliance with these terms.
5. Liability and Insurance
5.1. Hanumavega is not liable for loss, damage, or delay of shipments caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, and other unforeseen events.
5.2. Insurance for shipments is available upon request and is recommended for high-value items. Without insurance, Hanumavega’s liability is limited to a maximum amount specified at the time of booking.
6. Customs Clearance and Duties
6.1. All international shipments are subject to customs inspection, clearance, and applicable duties or taxes as required by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed upon.
6.2. Hanumavega will provide necessary documentation support but is not responsible for customs delays or any fees imposed by customs authorities.
7. Delivery and Tracking
7.1. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed due to potential delays beyond our control. Hanumavega will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery schedules but does not accept liability for delayed deliveries.
7.2. Tracking information is provided for most services, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.
8. Payment Terms
8.1. Payment for services is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
8.2. Failure to make timely payment may result in delays in shipment processing or delivery.
9. Claims and Refunds
9.1. Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date. All claims must include proof of value, documentation of damage, and any other required information.
9.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to Hanumavega’s policies and may be subject to deductions for service charges.
10. Privacy Policy
10.1. Hanumavega is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the shipping process will be used solely for service provision, tracking, and compliance with legal obligations.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
